Our training sessions are structured around three main focus areas:
Strength & Flexibility
These preconditions are essential for the ability to hold, bend and move ourselves. We train this to build a strong foundation.
Skills & Mobility
We use mobility and coordination to improve basic movement skills like running, crawling, climbing, jumping, falling.
Play & Exploration
With a playful approach to our practice we experiment with new ways to move, working with tools, each other and our surroundings.

You can be part of the collective in different ways:
Full membership
If you want to join the collective on a regular basis and have access to all sessions and events, this is for you. After signing up, you’ll get access to a closed FB group.
Price: 600 kr. / year
Drop in
If you want to drop in with no strings attached, you’re always welcome. You just need to show up and be ready to move.
Price: Depends on type/length of session
